Species number (TNS): 471. Fore wing length: 23–31 mm. Distribution and seasonality: Restricted to south-east Queensland from Monto south to the Gold Coast Hinterland. Adults occur from August to May. Notable localities: Belmont, Dayboro. Habitat: Dry eucalypt forest. Calling song and behaviour: A series of soft, sharp ticks, often produced whilst in flight. Occasionally a short low-pitched chirp is also produced. Adults are mostly active in the canopy of eucalypt forest. Similar species: Burwell’s Treetop Ticker, Silver Treetop Ticker, Small Treetop Ticker.
