Species number (TNS): 121, 131. Fore wing length: 26–34 mm. Distribution and seasonality: Windsor Tableland south to Mission Beach and the Tully area. Adults occur from October to March. Notable localities: Malanda, Millaa Millaa, Ravenshoe. Habitat: Rainforest. Calling song and behaviour: A strong, rattling buzz. Colour variation: Specimens found on the Atherton Tableland are typically green with bluish eyes. Those found in the lowlands near Innisfail are brown with green eyes and those found around Mission Beach are intermediate sometimes with black eyes. Similar species: Mt Lewis Bunyip, Blue-green Bunyip, Rainbow Bunyip.
